Support for users of the Evicting Squatters Kit

Although the kit instructions are very comprehensive, and many customers find them sufficient, it is always comforting to know that there is someone on hand to answer questions if needed. After all, most people are wholly unfamiliar with the courts and how they operate.

This is why all Tessa’s kits come with support. There are two types of support:

The online forum. The web-site where the kit is hosted comes with an online discussion forum. Here you can ask Tessa questions about the kit, and any matters which might be troubling you. Questions are normally answered within a few hours during business hours, and out of business hours, are normally answered within 48 hours.

Telephone support. Sometimes you just want to talk to someone! The Evicting Squatters kit come with three free support telephone conversations with Tessa. Details are given in the kit on how to claim these. In most cases Tessa will be able to discuss your case with you when you ring (during office hours). If she is out of the office for any reason, she will talk to you as soon as she can.

Most people are quite happy with the forum and the three telephone calls. However if you need any further telephone advice, you can purchase this for £58.75 (£50 plus VAT) per call.
