About the Evicting Squatters web site
This web-site has been set up to support and sell our ‘Evicting Squatters do it yourself Kit’.
Many land owners have been outraged and frustrated to find their land occupied by squatters. Although squatting is illegal (in that the squatters have no legal right to be there) landlords are usually unable to evict them without taking expensive legal action to get an order for possession.
Solicitors fees are generally fairly high for this sort of work because it is time consuming, and usually needs to be done as a matter of priority (which often means a higher hourly rate is charged for the work). However the actual procedure used to obtain an order for possession through the courts against trespassers is not particularly difficult, if you know what you are doing. There is no reason why most land owners of normal intelligence should not be able to bring a successful claim as a litigant in person.
The Evicting Squatters kit is written to enable you to do this. For more information about the kit, please see the links above and to your right.
This web-site also has a news section where we will from time to time post relevant items. If you have any stories to tell, please let us know! You can use the form on the contact page.
Finally the shop part of the site, is where you can buy the kit and pay for it by Pay Pal.
